How fast do you actually respond when something breaks?

Critical incidents are escalated immediately, and every plan carries defined response targets that tighten as you move up the tiers. On-site dispatch across Brandon, Tampa and Clearwater is included when a problem needs hands on it. You get a named technician who knows your setup, not a rotating queue and not an offshore call center.

What does it cost?

Managed IT is a flat per-user rate across our three managed tiers, so the invoice is the same number every month regardless of how many tickets you raise. No à-la-carte modules, no per-incident charges, and no surprise line items. We quote after a free check-up, because pricing a network we have not seen would just be a guess.

Are we locked into a long contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Month-to-month after a 30-day onboarding period. We would rather earn the renewal every month than hold you to a multi-year term.

What if we already have an IT person?

Accepted Answer

That works well. In a co-managed setup your team keeps tier-1 and the relationships, and we take tier-2 and up, after-hours coverage, security tooling, and the projects that would otherwise eat their whole quarter. We are there to make your person more effective, not to replace them.

What happens if we switch to you?

We run a structured onboarding: document what you have, take over monitoring and backups first so nothing is exposed during the transition, then work through the gaps in priority order. You get a free IT check-up before any of it, so you can see what we would find before you commit to anything.
